As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines front of house, salon support, and personal assistant duties.

**Position Overview**:
This is a dynamic and varied full-time position that would suit someone who is organized, proactive, and confident with social media. The role involves supporting the stylists and front-of-house operations, as well as providing personal assistant support to the salon owner. We are looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front of House / Salon Assistant Duties**:

- Welcoming and assisting clients to ensure an exceptional salon experience.
- Supporting stylists with day-to-day tasks.
- Shampooing and prepping clients for services.
- Preparing beverages, including coffee and bar drinks for clients.
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and inviting salon environment.

**Personal Assistant & Social Media Duties**:

- Managing the salon owner’s diary and bookings.
- Assisting with planning and organising events and business collaborations.
- Supporting client relations and follow-up communication.
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms and supporting the brand’s online presence.
- Confident, friendly, and approachable with strong communication skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and creating content.
- Previous experience in a salon, customer service, or front desk role is an asset, but not required.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
