**Servers / Front of House Team**

The role of the servers and Front of House Team are to make sure that everyonefeels looked after and taken care of. This includes getting the orders of our guests,making sure they have any condiments that they require to enjoy theirmeal, anddoing table checks to make sure everyone is having a good time.Our servers areourfront line and are instrumental in ensuring optimal guest experiences.

**Probation Period**

At the Halibut House, we want to make sure that we are the right fit for you and youare the right fit for us. Within the first three (3) months, you are in a probationperiod. The probation period allows you as a team Member or us at the HalibutHouse to terminate the employment relationship atanytimeduring the probationperiod, without advanced notice or justifiable reason with oral or written notice.After this probation period, it is the responsibility of the team Member and theHalibut House to provide two (2) weeks’ notice, written and oral communication toterminate the employment relationship.

**Pay**

You will receivea chequeon a bi-weekly basis for the two week period worked. Youwill also receive yourpay statement on a bi-weekly basis, providing informationregarding your earnings and deductions for the same period.While managers willdo their best in managing payroll; it is your responsibility to check and ensure thatyou have been properly compensated for your work. Should there be anydiscrepancies please contact your manager immediately. Pay ratesare to bediscussed and agreed upon between managers and staff members in orientation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
