As a leasing agent, you will assist prospective tenants with searching for apartment rentals, providing information about available properties, and facilitating the leasing process from start to finish. We are seeking a motivated and professional leasing agent to join our team.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Guide prospective tenants by understanding their rental needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on available rental properties, including amenities, pricing, and lease terms
- Conduct suite showings, highlighting key features, and answering questions from potential tenants
- Work with property managers, the marketing team, and superintendents to pinpoint opportunities for improvement in leasing suites
- Stay up to date with local rental market trends and property availability
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and current tenants, providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process and beyond
- Adjust schedules and plans based on always changing availability and rental market. Keep up to date on the current availability and cross-sell between properties

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Experience with Yardi is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork is essential
- Excellent time management
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Ability to self-motivate and enjoy helping people
- Understanding of the screening process
- Social media and marketing interest
