Lincoln Appliance Service Centre was established in 1967 and is located in St. Catharines, servicing the Niagara Region as well as the Hamilton area. Lincoln Appliance provides major appliance service & parts, employing 19 service technicians & an office staff of 24, which includes in-shop technicians.

We currently have job vacancy for a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR you are responsible to provide customer service over the phone and in person while doing office-related duties using technology such as computers, computer programs, printers and debit machines. In the capacity as a CSR, flexibility and attention to detail is essential.

**Experience/Qualifications** - Ability to multi-task while working in a busy environment. Computer skills, excellent customer service skills and ability to positively and professionally interact with customers are essential. Driver’s license is beneficial.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and make phone calls
- Provide customer service over the phone and in person
- Assist in product sales and receive such payments, print work orders and handle debit transactions
- Operate the scheduling program to map technicians’ days, monitor techs’ days, schedule appointments, enter data, close calls
- Do call history research, data entries
- Provide assistance to General Managers or Service Manager
- Possibly research and quote on parts; do on-line research and assist in inventory

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: One location
