**Marketing Manager**
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play an integral role in the planning and execution of marketing activities for 4 brands in the MTY Group family:
Cultures, Villa Madina, Mr. Souvlaki and Vanellis.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Grow & improve our digital presence
marketing, web, and mobile app
- Work with our agency partners on digital campaigns (including influencer and paid media campaigns across several channels)
- Increase discoverability on local search
- Build our brand loyalty programs to be a core sales driving tool
- Assist in planning and executing programs to build our loyalty database andachieve key growth targets
- Report regularly on results and create buy in with franchisees at the storelevelGrow & optimize e-commerce platforms
- Work with 3rd party partners to optimize sales (increase basket size, repeat customers)
- Assist in developing a strategy to launch/grow a white label ordering platform
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and annual marketing plans
- Lead the execution of marketing materials to support national promotions
Support our franchisees by planning and executing local store marketing
**About you**:
- Pro-active and takes initiative, leveraging and learning from the successes and challenges of each project/campaign
- Thrives on wearing multiple hats to drive results
- A problem solver, using both data and creative thinking
- Excellent project management skills and can manage multiple priorities
- Very strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- On the pulse of social and digital trends
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience working in the food industry or franchise environment an asset
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns an asset
- Bilingual (French, written and verbal) a strong asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
