Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Richmond Hill, ON, with the flexibility to work partially from home.

As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. Responsibilities include leading cross-channel marketing campaigns, online and in person events, managing digital marketing efforts, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. You will also ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, including knowledge of branding, ad campaigns, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience in Market Research and Data Analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for improvement.
  • Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management, Content Development, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and knowledge of marketing automation software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is considered a plus.
  • Experience in consulting, enterprise performance management, or data-focused industries is an asset.
