Job Description: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting, planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of all marketing activities within the QSR Brands. The Marketing Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the monthly and annual company sales targets by generating ideas to carry them out through a creative variety of marketing techniques. Additionally, the and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for coaching and supporting the team in developing the brand name in a professional manner and be able to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

- The Marketing Manager must have 2+ years of Restaurant Marketing Manager experience
- The Marketing Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
- Trust, honesty, integrity and a passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Marketing Manager
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Marketing Manager must possess

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
