**JOB OVERVIEW**
The Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties that support our busy company administration. This includes answering and referring inbound telephone calls and administering company correspondence. Moreover, as the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist is expected to demonstrate a pleasant personality to all Harbour City Kitchens guests, as they greet and screen visitors.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **Customer Service**_
- Meet and greet all walk-in clients
- Scan paperwork into the system
- Filing
- Keeping the showroom clean
- Keeping the kitchen and coffee bar clean and stocked
- Invoicing
- Mail/Packages (in and out)
- Maintain stock for samples
- Process monthly supply orders (shop & office supplies)
- Repairing drawers (drawer clips)
- Order monthly Employee Appreciation lunch
- Social Media (being active on Facebook/Instagram and posting 2+ times a week as well as making the odd Instagram story)

**QUALIFICATION _MUST _HAVE**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing personality and demeanor
- Proactive and organized work ethic

**QUALIFICATION _NICE _TO HAVE**:

- Receptionist experience
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Experience working in a Microsoft office environment

**COMPENSATION**:

- $19 - $24/hr depending on experience
- Full medical with 80% coverage for dental
