**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely preparation of financial reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in accounting management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting and account reconciliation.
- Knowledge of PBS dealer management considered an asset.
- Experience in dealership accounting considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
