**We are a company seeking an experience controller with experience in medium sized organizations**
With this position there must be CPA designation required
**Responsibilities to include**:
Overseeing Accountants/Book Keeper who would report directly to you (the Controller and Office Manager)
1. Skilled in income statement variance analysist and collaborating with operational managers.
2. Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements.
3. Overseeing the organization's daily accounting operations, including the accounting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable personnel.
4. Manages accounting records and is responsible for the production of financial reports. While being accustomed to tight deadlines with a track record of exceeding timelines while maintaining accuracy
5. Advanced excel skills are required. This includes the ability to pull large data dumps from various systems, format the date into usable form, link tables and provide pivot tables.
6. Completing monthly and year end reports,
7. Submitting proper GST reporting’s monthly,
8. Preparing employee year end T-4’s
In this role we are looking for someone who is wanting to see the company succeed, who will bring solutions to the able and contribute to the overall success of the company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Edmonton, AB T6B 2C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting (required)
- Supervising (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (required)
