Office Administrator/Receptionist:
KRR is looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team full-time, permanent

**Job Description**:

- Receiving customers by greeting, welcoming and directing;
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Collecting payment from customers either by phone or in person;
- Receiving, sorting and sending daily mail and deliveries;
- Ordering office supplies as needed and keeping inventory stock;
- Arrange travel and accommodations;
- Data entry such as AP invoices;
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing;
- Complete projects as assigned by management (ex. Creating customer/project binders);
- Sending insurance and WSIB certificates and licensing requirements to customers as required;
- Duties as assigned.

KRR is looking for:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft required;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Multitasking, time-management and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- High school diploma minimum required;
- Experience with Joint Health and Safety an asset.
