Administrative Assistant

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide various administrative and secretarial duties
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to contacts or service area
- Answer telephone calls and electronic inquires and transfer calls and messages
- Provide admin support to internal customers
- Communicate and manage outsourced contractors including telephone system, internet system, Printer etc.
**Qualification**
- Previous experience in an responsible administrative position
- Demonstrate advanced level of competency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with deadlines
- Ability to plan and coordinate special events
- Mandrin and English speaking will be an asset
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
