**Job Overview**: As a Sales Executive at Preeminent Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving new business through phone sales, focusing on Google Ads and SEO services. You will be expected to make 100 calls per day to both cold prospects and inbound leads (once provided). This is a base salary plus commission position, with strong earning potential for top performers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 100 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients, introducing them to our Google Ads and SEO services.
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Assess client needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on prospect needs and industry trends.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing trends to effectively communicate the value of our services.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience selling marketing services, particularly in SEO, Google Ads, or other digital marketing offerings.
- Proven success in cold calling and lead generation with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- Comfortable making 100 calls a day and engaging with business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to quickly learn new products and services and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience using CRM tools for lead tracking and sales reporting.
- A positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
