Sales & Account Executive

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Engage in warm calling to prospective clients, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company standards
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demands
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in home renovation-related sales such as flooring, tile, design etc.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in account management with a strategic mindset
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support sales initiatives
- Technical aptitude related to the products or services being sold, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical skills necessary for market analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement

We offer competive compensation packages, based on experience. Salary plus commission.

Pay: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
