Responsibilities:

- Marketing and advertising of properties, managing rental software and websites.
- Conduct property tours and provide information to prospective tenants.
- Handle inquiries and respond to tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs including coordinating with maintenance contractors for monthly and yearly inspections.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to leasing activities.
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained when interacting with tenants and prospects.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in property leasing is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
