Role Summary:
Leasing Specialists work with prospective tenants from the beginning of leasing experience right through to moving day. This will include follow up customer service surveys and handling a wide array of tasks which include showing units, completing paperwork and all related administrative tasks and any other tasks as deemed necessary.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leasing & Sales**
- Meet with prospective tenants and provide information on units and building offerings, availability and pricing.
- Show units and building amenities to prospective tenants and oversee completion of leasing paperwork.
- Inspect all upcoming units to know the product you are renting and update the Property Manager on any issues found in vacant units.

**Administrative**
- Assemble and maintain stock of leasing marketing materials and lease packages
- Preparation of leasing and leasing related documentation
- Filing of tenant documentation
- Follow up on all leads sent
- Assist with answering phones and walk in's to the rental office
- Assist in other areas as needed or as role changes to adapt to the ever changing environment of leasing
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- property management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
