Role Summary:
Leasing Specialists work with customers from the beginning of leasing experience right through to occupancy, including follow up customer service surveys. Leasing Specialists handle a wide array of tasks, including leasing related administrative tasks. Leasing Specialists foster a team oriented positive work environment to ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leasing & Sales**
Meet with prospective tenants and provide information on apartment and building offerings and availability.

Show vacant units and building amenities to prospective tenants

Maintain a good working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act

Inspect all upcoming units to know the product you are renting

**Administrative**
Assemble and maintain stock of leasing marketing materials and lease packages
Preparation of leasing and leasing related documentation
Filing of tenant documentation

Follow up on all leads sent

Assist with answer phones and walk ins to the rental office

Other duties as assigned
