We are looking for a vibrant, fresh and creative individual to join our growing team. The scope of the position will include:

- Preparing regular posts for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. Content to include: staff events, holiday posts, work anniversaries/birthdays, as well as other creative, engaging content
- Organizing the marketing strategy for Streetcity during company events
- Engaging new and existing agents to expand our brokerage and brand awareness overall

**The ideal Social Media/Marketer has**:

- Minimum 2 years using social media platforms
- Knowledge of current social media trends and how to implement them
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other design platforms
- A desire to work with management to develop new social media strategies and marketing opportunities both online and in person

This part time position would be perfect for a current marketing student and would be a hybrid in office & remote position.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Secondary School (preferred)
