**About Us**

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented **Social Media Marketing Specialist** to enhance our online presence and foster meaningful engagement with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Trubicars’ goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation**: Design, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) specific to each social media platform.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, building an active online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Campaign Management**: Manage paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay informed about the latest social media trends and implement them in Trubicars’ strategy.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and curriculum teams to align social media initiatives with overall company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- **Creative Skills**: Strong design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with the driver education or eLearning industry.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Experience with influencer collaborations and partnerships.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
