Social Media Coordinator

About this role:
Sparks is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Social Media Coordinator will play a critical role in helping to develop and implement compelling social media content for Sparks’ clients. You are a highly organized, self-motivated, creative, hungry and passionate marketer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage content calendars across multiple social media channels for our clients
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across touchpoints
- Identify trends and insights that inform development of brand voice guidelines for clients, that align with their target demographic and speak to their business objectives
- Generate ideas to enhance storytelling and maximize engagement across channels
- Leverage analytics to assess performance and inform optimizations
- Support the Head of Digital in testing new channels and technology to drive innovation and client acquisition
- Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and best practices
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a social media role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with key attention to detail
- Natural storyteller with a demonstrated ability to effortlessly adapt to different brand voices for different audience personas
- Must have diverse portfolio of writing samples with an ability to write effective, insight-oriented content
- Be data-driven and have the ability to speak confidently to data-based insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to deliver against deadlines and budget
- Ability to work independently and collaborate both in-person and remotely with the team
- Ambitious, growth-focused mindset; not afraid to take on new challenges and navigate uncharted territory to innovate for the business
