As the
- **Social Media & Marketing**
**Specialist** for London Honda, you will be responsible for all lead generating marketing activities. To be successful, you will need to develop and execute a marketing plan, have excellent communication and public relations skills. **You are responsible for**:

- Work with the dealerships to develop strategies and tactics to build our brand and drive traffic to dealership’s websites and front doors
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from creation to execution
- Execute campaigns using with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generating campaigns and performance analysis
- Ensure websites content and structures are optimized to convert target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships
- Assist in proper use of the CRM system at the dealership level
- Oversee and manage the social media platforms for the group
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Develop and oversee remarketing strategies

**Your capabilities**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Two to three (2-3) years of Marketing experience and specifically in automotive would be a bonus
- Decent computer skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Excel and Word
- AdWords certification and Advanced Google Analytics certification is preferred
- Ability to use Google suite of products as well as the full Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to use Google AdWords for Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- You have an ability to juggle a whole bunch of jobs at once and can sort out what is a priority and what is not
- You’re adaptable and a quick learner, who can get stuff done yourself and use other team members proactively when you need help
- You’re organized and a stickler for details and can create relevant and accurate copy
- You’re comfortable talking to people and know how to discuss data and results
- Identifying target audiences and creating marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate is your jam
- Aren’t afraid of a whole bunch of numbers, have a decent amount of computer skills and feel comfortable swimming in spreadsheets to fish out the answer
- You are up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
