Key Responsibilities:

- **Schedule Coordination**: Manage and coordinate the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events for both personal and business needs.
- **Prioritization & Organization**: Keep the company and its executives organised by prioritising tasks, managing calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
- **Task Management**: Assist with managing ongoing projects, tracking progress, and following up on action items to ensure successful completion.
- **Personal Support**: Provide personal administrative support as needed, including managing personal schedules, coordinating travel, and handling ad-hoc requests.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a creative - business development or fast-paced environment.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanour.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- **Ownership**: Demonstrates strong ownership of tasks, deliverables, and overall responsibilities, consistently taking initiative to ensure that work is completed accurately, on time and based on the executives expectations. Shows a commitment to making the lives of the executives and the company easier by proactively managing challenges and finding solutions.

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Work, Must be Based in Halifax, NS (Occasional in-office may occur).
