Administrative Assistant/sales Associate

**About Us**:
Doro Inc. is a dynamic and innovative company that provides top-quality products and services in Evacuation chairs and retail security. Our team is passionate about excellence, and we are looking for a dedicated **Sales Administrative Assistant**to support our team and enhance operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist our team with administrative duties, including preparing quotes and invoices using Quickbooks Online.
- Contact Logistics Carriers for freight quotes to give our customers the best rates.
- Maintain and update customer records in HubSpot CRM database.
- Coordinate Free Live Virtual Training depending on time zones, and follow-ups with clients.
- Process sales orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the team in developing presentations, social media posts and sales materials.
- Assist in generating sales reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Create data spreadsheets using Excel.
- Perform research for new customers, products, etc.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Admin or Business Development degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
