**About Us**:
Join our team at Flooring Liquidators Ottawa, conveniently located at 148 Colonnade Road South, near the highway and public transit. Since opening in 2015, we have been committed to serving the diverse flooring needs of clients throughout Ottawa.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly Rate: $20, plus commission

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a part
- time sales associate with experience in sales, administration, and operational management. This role requires a strong sales background and the ability to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive attitude towards challenges
- Strong customer service orientation
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently, including managing the store alone when necessary
- Professional appearance required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, POS systems, Gmail, and social media platforms for advertising

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product suggestions and recommendations
- Educate customers about our products and drive sales
- Manage orders, handle phone inquiries, and respond to customer requests
- Open and close the showroom
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing paperwork, booking installations, and following up on inquiries
- Schedule installations and perform weekly showroom cleaning duties

**Training**:

- Commission begins after a four -week training period.
