**Job Description/Duties**:

- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
- Providing exceptional customer care services and office administrative skills
- Tracking deficiency repairs and reporting to the senior team.
- Solid understanding of Tarion Warranty New Home Program and Construction Performance Guidelines.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Ability to speak, write, read and understand in Chinese (Strong asset).
- 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate industry.
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Strongly proficient in MS Office.
