We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional who excels in fast paced environments to work with our Recruitment team.

Working in the call center you will be responsible for recruiting entry-level call center agents. You will work closely with the Recruiting and Training Manager to identify staffing requirements, pre-screen, interview, and hire call center applicants.

This position is located in our Scarborough office in the Markham Rd. and Hwy 401 neighborhood on Milner Ave.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Pre-screen call center applicants
- Schedule screened Applicants for an in-person interview.
- Conduct employment references and background checks as required.
- Develop a recruitment strategy with internal client groups and ensure an effective and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain appropriate contact with third-party vendors and partners.
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- **Minimum five years Canadian recruiting experience**:

- Knowledge of a call center environment would be a strong asset
- Proficient use of MS office.
- Proven ability to multi-task within a busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Post secondary education an asset

**COMPENSATION**:
$40,000 to $50,000 per annum
