We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals who excel in fast paced environments to work on an inbound customer service and sales program.
Working in the call center you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and supporting customers with their credit card activation, basic account maintenance, as well as upselling additional products and services.
This position is located in our Scarborough office in the Markham Rd. and Hwy 401 neighborhood on Milner Ave.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Handle inbound telephone calls.
- Work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly.
- Consistently meet established program sales targets.
- Immediately and effectively provide exceptional customer service levels to resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
- Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services directly from our client’s database.
- Offer feedback to the program supervisor based on errors or improving results.
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
- Be available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Demonstrate initiative and work in a team environment.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training programs

**KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior customer service and sales experience is an asset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Effective listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record check
**COMPENSATION**:
$16.55 per hour
