**The Opportunity and Fit**

You will play a key role in supporting our programming and project management team working on multiple concurrent quantitative and qualitative market research projects and panel management initiatives. On any given day-to-day, you could be helping with the technical setup for new projects, working within Excel to clean and manage large datasets, sending out sample as well taking ownership of panel management activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Primary lead on list matching, including maintenance and further refinement of our list matching tools
- Providing programming support by adding in quotas, overlaying text, and testing
- New project set-up and preparation for launch with internal clients and external vendor partners
- Manage data collection by performing sampling tasks while surveys are in field
- Acting as the support escalation lead for technical issues with surveys
- Creating payment lists for closed projects
- Supporting panel maintenance initiatives
- Supporting Field Operations initiatives as assigned

**Basic Requirements**
- Intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Excel
- Post-secondary education in Business or Technology related fields (new grads welcome)
- Basic understanding of query languages and html
- Must demonstrate initiative and critical thinking with high attention to detail
- Is results-driven, action-oriented, and can work independently with mínimal supervision

- Have direct experience with programming languages
- Have direct experience in market research or Canadian health industries
- Have used software tools related to project management, market research, or data collection
