Real Estate Sales Buyers Agent

Are you a motivated, driven professional ready to take your real estate career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic **Buyer’s Agent** to help guide clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives.
You’ll work closely with prospective homebuyers, understand their goals and needs, and guide them through the entire buying process—from first showing to final closing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering value, and staying proactive with follow-up and client communication.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Engage and follow up with prospective buyers
- Conduct buyer consultations to understand needs and preferences
- Schedule and host showings and open houses
- Prepare and present offers
- Guide clients through inspections, financing, and closing
- Stay on top of market trends and property values
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Licensed (or actively pursuing a license) in real estate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Compensation**:
$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
**Responsibilities**:
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
**Qualifications**:
- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a valid Ontario Real Estate License
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of sales success
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license and can travel by car
