**This position will be working remotely. Flexible on location.**

**Purpose**:The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Inside Sales Department and lead generation process. Duties include providing management communications to the Sales department; training & coaching Inside Sales Team Members. Monitoring and reporting on sales metrics and managing the sales administration process.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Build a solid inside sales team that exceeds sales goals; portfolio growth and lead generation
- Ensure that sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
- Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach daily goals
- Coordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines
- Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration process
- Supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide coaching for existing inside sales team members and training new team members
- Work with Human Resources to determine appropriate staffing levels
- Assist Human Resources with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Manage performance and assists with developing employee development/succession plans
- Resolve interpersonal issues within the department and escalate if required
- Schedule & lead department staff meetings, workshops, and functions
- Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer system. Provide data quality checks weekly
- Other duties as required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years direct experience as an Inside Sales Supervisor/Manager at a high-volume call center
- Strong customer focus; understand the needs of the customer (internal and external); possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Drive to exceed goals in an independent manner by setting clear and realistic targets
- Proven leadership skills used to effectively develop, inspire, and motivate a high performing team
- Excellent problem solving and process improvement skills used to identify and resolve daily issues
- Ability to gather data from various sources, create reporting, and think analytically to drive daily sales strategies
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and time management skills
- Comfortable in fast paced, ever changing environment with many moving parts/responsibilities
- Software savvy in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as CRM systems
