**Key Responsibilities**

Active engagement, via various campaigns, to engage existing customer base.

Establish themselves as an integral key contact for unique and innovative solutions.

Create a database of qualified leads and develop new accounts through cold calling and making scheduled outbound calls, and follow-up on prospective customers

Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements, as well as suggesting how these needs might be met

Increase quotation activity by expanding the client’s knowledge of capabilities and solutions.

Ability to interact with variety of Customers across our Expanding Clientele Base.

Social media promotions in various platforms to promote the products

Deliver concise and specific monthly/annual performance targets set.

Working alongside a field outside sales colleague, agency representative and other technical team members.

Strong sense of accomplishment and extreme ownership.

Openness to learn and become an integral part of a growing organization.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience in a related industry
- Experience in lighting design software like DIALux and AGI
- Lighting Industry Experience would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven track record in sales in distribution sales
- Results-oriented & self-motivated & Analytical
- Possess a capacity for innovation and creativity
- Must combine strong interpersonal skills with drive and tenacity

**Other Details**

The position is in-person (On-site) role.

Work location is Pickering. Sales Territory will be Ontario, Canada

Work time is 9.00 am to 5.30 pm / Monday to Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
