**Responsibilities of a Truly Nolen Administrative Assistant/Customer Service**
Truly Nolen has over 85+ years in the business with a proven track record of amazing products, awesome service, but most importantly, the very best people work here. We are looking to hire a motivated, goal oriented Office Administrator to be our company’s first contact when customers call us and offer up amazing customer service.
- Handling Inbound calls for service and sales opportunities
- Booking & scheduling customer quotes for our sales team
- Perform data entry ensuring accuracy of information
- Customer Account Management
- Troubleshoot Customer Concerns
- Problem Solving Capabilities
- Time Management skills
- Sales/Upselling Opportunities
- Process and submit accounts payable daily
- Building Customer Relationships via customer service
- Small Payroll execution
- A/R calling on past due accounts
- Delivering Truly Nolen’s Yellow Standard to our customer base
**Benefits We Offer**
- Great full time hours working 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Mon-Friday.
- Earning $18-$23/hr depending on experience and training needed.
- Commissions on sales, and yearly bonuses available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Contract length: 3-4 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
