we are the fastest growing team in our industry. we need a talented Human ressource manager to join us to support and manage the growth of our teams in North America (US and Canada).

In a culturally diverse, fun environment, you will report to the CEO.
Your responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, training & development and talent management.
You will be promoting company’s values and shaping a positive Culture.

Your mission will be to:

- Coordinate with leadership to organize procedures, job descriptions, KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
- work with leadership to identify hiring needs
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage employee benefit programs
- Participate in CHO’s “Team Spirit” task force.
- Continuous review and improvement of processes

Qualifications and Skills required:

- Great communication skills in English and French (English required for employees in US and Canada)
- University or College degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- 5 + plus years’ experience performing in a variety of HR roles with strong generalist experience.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tactics, talent acquisition and retention techniques.
