AJM is Canada’s leading headwear supplier. Our head office is located in Montreal, QC., along with offices in Toronto and Vancouver.

What will you do?
- Ability to partner, influence outcomes in a positive way
- Communicates clear and consistent messages with integrity, relying upon data and facts to advocate a position and overcome objection
- Responsible to work with leadership to identify hiring needs
- Responsible for recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
- Consults with managers on employee issues
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage employee benefit programs
- Pay Equity program
- OLF (Francisation program)
- Policies and program
- Examines and integrates existing systems, programs, and practices into streamlined and effective processes
- Continuously reviews and improves processes

**Skills**:

- Great communication skills in English and French (English required for employees in the West of Canada)
- Bachelor’s Degree (a concentration in Human Resources preferred)
- 5-7 + plus years’ experience performing in a variety of HR roles with strong generalist experience.

- Politiques et programmes
- Examiner et intégrer les systèmes, programmes et pratiques existants dans des processus optimisés et efficaces.
- Examiner et améliorer continuellement les processus.

Compétences:

- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français (l'anglais est requis pour les employés de l'Ouest du Canada).
- Baccalauréat (concentration en ressources humaines de préférence)
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans une variété de rôles en ressources humaines avec une forte expérience généraliste. Par exemple:

- Expérience en recrutement
- Diriger le processus de gestion des performances et des talents
- Coaching et conseils aux dirigeants
- Influencer positivement la direction de l'entreprise
- Traitement de dossier confidentielle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
