You will make an impact by coordinating all the magic that goes into successful workforce planning, which is essential to how we support our employees (by aligning them to the right projects), and our business operations.

Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development, you will be the hub of our workforce planning activities, collaborating with representatives from HR, Operations and Business Development, as well as our heads of business lines.

More specifically, you'll put your organizational and people operations skills to excellent use by:

- **Keeping us on track**: there is lots on the go at any given time, and you'll be the person that keeps all workforce planning activities humming along. You will facilitate our planning meetings, update our dashboards, capture our forecasts, and monitor actions items.
- **Understanding our people and projects**: our workforce is an amazingly talented group of staff, all with different backgrounds, skills, and experiences. Mapping expertise to projects needs requires you to know how our projects vary, the different skills required to support them well, and collaborate with our people in pairing them with projects that will interest them and provide meaningful career challenges.
- **Collaborating effectively**: to be successful in this role you will collaborate well with colleagues in Operations, HR, Business Development, and heads of business lines to understand the needs of our clients to find the right solution.
- **Helping the data tell a story**: our workforce planning activities touch on a variety of business groups, each with their own data and tracking methods. You'll combine that data so it tells the story, and you will find improvement opportunities for how that data is captured and illustrated. Harnessing the power of data is an area we're particularly keen in, so if data illustration and analytics interest you, we're keen to hear your thoughts.
- **Coordinating training and project onboarding activities**: in support of employees starting on new projects, you will coordinate any applicable training and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and our project team leads.
