**You as a People & Culture Coordinator (HR) will**:
Independently and with the support of P&C Managers, effectively correspond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Deliver full recruitment services including, front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers
Participate in career fairs, co-op programs and build external relationships to source top talent
Provide an exceptional employee experience by delivering welcoming new hire orientations and accurately preparing all employee related documentation (including but not limited to offer letters, employee change letters, etc) in a professional and consistent manner
Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro) as an expert user of the system
Is this the right role for you?
You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 2 years human resources experience at a coordinator level
You thrive on delivering a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business
You have effective oral and written communication skills as well as a proven ability to work within a high paced environment
