Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with training development and coordination of employee onboarding
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Handle vendor management, including maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate reports
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, for staff members
- Support team management by assisting with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining employee records

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); some social media experience
- Must have some experience in the childcare field; familiar with Childcare Licensing bylaws & regulations, Familiar with government contracts for childcare
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
