Human Resources Coordinator

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training development, and maintaining HR records.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientation is conducted effectively.
- Support training development initiatives by organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever to streamline the hiring process.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all HR processes.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as SAP, Dayforce, Oracle, UltiPro, or Kronos is preferred.
- Experience with staffing & recruitment company is required.
- Experience with recruiting processes and tools; familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
