We are family owned ICBC Express Collision Repair facility, friendly work environment. Looking for a full time Office Administrator preferably with bookkeeping experience.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Greet all guests and visitors with enthusiasm
- Provide general administrative and support as required
- Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
- Bookkeeping knowledge **Asset**:
- QuickBooks **Asset**:
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written English)
- Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
- MUST be detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Reliable and Punctual
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
