**One Medical Clinic**is looking for Medical Office Assistants / Receptionists to join our team.

One health group has been proudly serving the community since 2010 and we are now ready to greet the patients and healthcare staffs in bigger and better facility.

In this role, you will:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Assist Doctor's with patients appointments and procedures
- Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Provide coordination support by organizing documents, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
- Assist with various receptionist duties
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating the schedule, managing staff, and ensuring that the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Help with company marketing in community, social network, and other types of media.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in Korean is an asset
- Experience with CHR and JaneApp is an asset
- Experience in various marketing field in an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
