**Job Overview**

We are seeking highly motivated professionals with strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and a natural instinct for sales to join our Sales Development team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will gain valuable experience engaging with clients at various levels, across multiple industries and regions. You’ll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment where initiative, curiosity, and a passion for problem-solving are highly valued.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Engage with prospective clients via inbound inquiries and targeted outreach.
- Qualify sales leads and schedule product demonstrations for Real Estate Agents.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate how RentZoro can deliver value.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and increase lead conversion.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and client engagement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong interest in launching or advancing a career in **technology sales**.
- **Minimum 2 years** of technical sales experience
- Sales experience in the tech or real estate industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presence.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- A self-starter with high energy, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Technical curiosity and the ability to easily explain software-based solutions.

Join our team as a Sales Representative where you can leverage your technical expertise while contributing to our success in delivering exceptional products and services. The starting salary is **$40,000**with additional commissions around **$30,000**.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
