Calgary, Canada Chinook Dental Group Full time

Chinook Dental Group is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage and oversee incoming referrals at our specialty dental office. We provide comprehensive care in endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. This role is ideal for someone with a background in dental administration or clinical practice, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule:
Part-time - 3 days/week, 9:00am-4:00pm, with occasional evening or Saturday shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and track incoming referrals
- Coordinate appointments and communication with patients and referring offices
- Handle administrative tasks and support clinical workflows
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation

What You Bring:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a specialty dental setting
- Familiarity with periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ClearDent, RecallMax, and Microsoft Outlook is a plus
- Background as an RDA, RDH, or in dental/business administration is an asset
