**Treatment Coordinator**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team with a primary focus on implant and ortho surgery. The Treatment Coordinator will collaborate with referrals, specialists, and patients to ensure seamless multi-stage treatment planning and implementation. This role is crucial in educating and enhancing relationships among referring doctors, driving practice growth, and improving overall patient value dynamics.

**Role**:

- Facilitate and coordinate implant and ortho treatment planning stages with patients, referral sources, and involved specialists
- Manage the acquisition, tracking, and documentation of treatment records and other necessary materials such as imaging and surgical guides
- Oversee and manage the inventory related to implants, ensuring that all materials are well-organized
- Educate patients on treatment options, processes, and present treatment plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, enhancing collaboration and practice referrals
- Engage in prospecting and outreach to potential referring doctors to expand the referral network
- Travel to referring doctor practices to strengthen relationships and promote our surgical services
- Manage team-to-team relationships to foster cooperation and ensure a cohesive approach to patient care
- Drive the growth of study clubs, ensuring they remain valuable resources for participants
- Organize and oversee educational lectures for the referral base to facilitate continuous learning and professional growth
- Track the growth and success metrics of the implant and ortho portion of the practice, providing insights and reports to management as needed

**General Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on current developments and trends in the dental implant field to enhance knowledge and service delivery
- Participate in meetings, training, and other developmental opportunities to further professional growth
- Ensure that all routine administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Support and work cooperatively and collaboratively with Calgary OMFS Group personnel

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting preferred, especially in implant and ortho specialties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for relationship management
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A proactive attitude, with a focus on patient education and satisfaction
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for outreach activities as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Dental office experience: 1 year (required)
- Electronic medical records: 1 year (required)
