As part of your role as a full-time Referral Coordinator, you will connect outgoing clients with advisors outside our service area, when applicable. **Responsibilities**
- Connect outgoing clients with agents outside our service area when applicable
- Connect incoming referral clients with an appropriate agent from our team
- Build and maintain referral partner database
- Track incoming and outgoing referral
- Maintain, track, and input referral payments
- Develop and implement strategies for referral program growth
- Provide Listings Coordinator support
- Write new listing reviews, submissions, and oversee maintenance when required
- Input client information and transaction detail
- Maintain and input internal data on various trackers
- Provide Listing Coordinator with coverage when needed

**Qualifications**
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communications skills
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently without supervision
- Technology driven
- Strong management and organisational skills
- Based in Calgary

**Compensation**

$40,000 - 45,000 annually
