Friday - 2:00pm - 7:30pm **Responsibilities**: - Provide administrative support to teachers, including photocopying, filing, preparing materials, and managing classroom resources. - Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, fostering positive relationships. - Manage a busy reception area, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately. - Handle difficult calls with tact and diplomacy, resolving issues effectively. - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for teachers and staff, including overseeing teacher schedules. - Maintain student records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. - Assist with the planning and coordination of school events and activities. - Manage projects independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. - Make customer calls to provide information and support. - Maintain academy organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient operational flow. - Maintain the tidiness of the academy, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment. - Maintain office organization and orderliness. - Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing daily tasks and assisting with planning for the upcoming week. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. **Requirements**: - Post-secondary education ( college or university) is required. - Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting. - Experience with children is preferred. - Exceptional ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with families and students. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. - A passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Superior organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong computer skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong ability to problem-solve. - A passion for education and a commitment to supporting teachers and students. Pay: $36,944.79-$52,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Retention bonus **Benefits**: - Paid time off Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - Front desk: 5 years (required) - Administrative: 3 years (required) **Language**: - Farsi (preferred) Work Location: In person
