We’re searching for a highly organized and detailed specialist to join our accounts receivable team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

The accounts receivable team members have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain customer credit files, ensuring they are current and accurate
- Responsible for the collection of accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Review and approve outgoing shipments daily

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in accounting/business administrative program
- Previous experience in a similar position is an asset but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
