We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in Acton.

**Job Summary**: The Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating dispatch operations, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor and track the status of service calls to ensure timely completion.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch operations and improve service efficiency.
- Provide customers with updates on service status and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or dispatch operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or dispatch role, preferably in (Transportation, Logistics and Auto parts shipments).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Should be well-versed with Trans Plus Fleet Manager, Active Arrow, Ryder, RXO, Samsara, Ascent on Demand.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
