**General Purpose**:Accurately and efficiently assist Head Dispatcher, coordinating with customers and drivers, ensuring goods deliver within a timely manner.

**Essential Functions of Role**:

- Manage customer service satisfaction by providing updated ETA and location of drivers
- Process necessary paperwork
- Assisting Head Dispatcher with other duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Office 365 and/or G-Suite
- Well-established organizational skills
- Responsible
- Committed

**Education/Preferred Experience**:

- Prior customer service experience
- Prior dispatch experience considered an asset
- Applicable degree or diploma from a reputable academic institution

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
