Introduction
We are seeking a motivated CO-OP Student to join our Professional Services Team. In this role, you will support our team in various project-related tasks and report directly to the Manager, Professional Services.
**Location**: Montreal, QC (Flexible working arrangements available, including hybrid options)
**About the Team**:
You will be part of a specialized team of Professional Services Specialists who assist Project Coordinators and Project Managers with project initiation, execution, reporting, and completion. Our team members are located across Canada and the USA, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Create project process/workflow sheets.
Develop new project management documentation and procedures.
Create and maintain Project and Sales Orders in SAP.
Maintain document control, database management, and track project activities and team communication.
Process daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure all jobs are completed as prescribed, and all invoicing is processed in a timely manner.
Act as the key user for issuing purchase orders for project materials.
Facilitate travel logistics when required (flights and accommodation).
Facilitate training logistics when required (HSE requirements).
Review and analyze costs on jobs and job margins.
Support professional services processes and procedures.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to team members.
**Who You Are**:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Bilingual in French and English.
Proficient with MS Suite, SAP, MS Project/Visio.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Comfortable working in a technology-rich environment.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
