Customer Sales Coordinator, 4 Months CO-OP Student
**Duration**: 4 or 8 months
**Introduction**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intern to join our team for 4 or 8 months. They will need to be highly organized and have excellent communication skills in both French and English
**What You'll Do**:
Provide accurate and timely quotes for customers based on product specifications, pricing, and delivery options.
Process and manage orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
Work closely with our global partners, purchasing and logistic teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Manage the invoicing and billing process, including resolving any discrepancies and following up with customers as necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the quote and order process.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
**Who You Are**:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent French and English written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Principales responsabilités**:
Répondre aux demandes de soumissions des clients de manière précise et rapide en fonction des spécifications des produits, des prix et des options de livraison disponible aux clients.
Traiter et gérer les commandes à partir de leurs saisies jusqu’à la livraison et la facturation des pièces.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos partenaires et nos diverses divisions pour assurer la livraison en temps voulu des commandes.
Gérer le processus de facturation, y compris la résolution des écarts avec le suivi auprès des clients si requis.
Fournir un service à la clientèle et un soutien exceptionnel tout au long du processus.
Résoudre les problèmes et les plaintes des clients de manière rapide et efficace.
Participer à l’amélioration des processus interne et leurs mises en œuvre.
**Exigences**:
Fortes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
Excellent communicateur en français et en anglais, autant verbal qu’écrit, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les membres de l’équipe et les autres responsables de départements.
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à prioriser les requêtes.
Être attentif aux détails et maintenir ses dossiers à jour.
Capacité de travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide en pleine évolution.
